HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

USA: 5-7 working days / International: 10-15 working days

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

You will be emailed a shipment confirmation email along with a tracking number to track the shipment of your package. In some circumstances, this tracking number is not a step by step tracking rather a delivery confirmation.

MY SADDITY HAIR EXTENSIONS ARE INCORRECT & I HAVEN'T OPENED THE MAIN PART OF THE PACKAGE, HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE?"

No refunds will be permitted. If an incorrect product is received, we will issue a return label to send the merchandise back for immediate replacement.

MY HAIR IS ON BACK ORDER, CAN I STILL PURCHASE IT?"

Yes, you certainly can! Placing an order will reserve the hair for you so once we are back in stock, we will send you your SADDITYHAIR right away!

HOW LONG CAN I LEAVE MY CLIP-INS IN?

Clip ins should be removed every night. DO NOT sleep in them, over time it causes alopecia.

CAN MY SADDITY HAIR EXTENSIONS BE DYED?

Our extensions are 100% human hair, although they were constructed to accept color, we do suggest getting a professional opinion by an experienced colorist. Please note Dyeing may lead to shortening the lifespan of your SaddityHair and possibly cause damage if done incorrectly. Please keep in mind, that if chosen to dye SaddityHair , it is up to the customers discretion and done at your own risk.

CAN I USE STYLING TOOLS ON MY SADDITY HAIR?

Yes, we do not recommend temperatures above 450 degrees.

CAN I WASH MY SADDITY HAIR EXTENSIONS?

Yes Doll, but please stay away from shampoos with sulphates in them. Instead use hydrating or leave in conditioners and heat protectants to prolong your SaddityHair life span.

HOW OFTEN DO I WASH MY SADDITY HAIR EXTENSIONS?

ONLY wash your SaddityHair extensions when they look like they need it! They are not attached to your scalp and do not produce the natural oils as our own hair does! So there is no need to wash them as often as you wash your own hair.

HOW LONG DO SADDITY HAIR EXTENSIONS TYPICALLY LAST?

The lifespan of SaddityHair is anywhere from 6 months to a year depending on their usage and how they are cared for and maintained.

MY SADDITY HAIR IS SHEDDING...

Some shedding is normal within the first couple wears, just like your own hair! But if you feel your SaddityHair are shedding excessively, please feel free to contact us.
